Sneaker Scout (the "Service") is a market terminal that aggregates publicly available listings from third-party marketplaces (currently StockX, GOAT, and Nike SNKRS) and layers analysis on top. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, error-free, accurate, complete, timely, secure, or uninterrupted. Listings, prices, stock counts, verdicts, and analysis are provided for informational purposes only and may be stale, incomplete, or wrong.
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, or purchase advice. We are not a broker, dealer, or marketplace. Any transaction you make happens between you and the third-party marketplace that hosts the listing.
We make no commitment about uptime, response time, or availability. The Service may change, slow down, return partial results, or go offline at any time without notice. Features may be added, modified, or removed without warning. If an upstream marketplace blocks, rate-limits, or changes its data, results may be missing or incorrect.
If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity that happens under it. Use a real email so we can contact you about your account. You may delete your account by contacting us at the address below; we will delete the account record and associated session tokens within a reasonable time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the current billing period. Pricing, included features, and limits may change for new billing cycles; you will be notified of material changes in advance.
Don't use the Service to scrape, redistribute, or republish the aggregated data in bulk. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the search endpoints, reverse-engineer the protected portions of the Service, or use it for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations.
Brand names, product names, and logos referenced on the Service (Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Yeezy, StockX, GOAT, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is less.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
